Our clients for this project were a professional couple with young children looking to renovate their condo in the heart of Portland’s downtown. The original layout had all the bedrooms against the exterior windows, creating a dark living, dining, and kitchen space. Pushing the bedrooms, with clerestory window, against the West wall allowed for the social area to have natural light and a view.
